Beechcraft King-Air B200

A dedicated Beechcraft King-Air B200 for aero medical transport is known worldwide as the most versatile and rugged turbo-prop ever built. Our King Air B200 is capable of transporting two critically ill patients, two pilots, three medical professionals, and a family member. As a pressurized aircraft it cruises at altitudes up to 35,000 feet, which puts it above most weather, while still maintaining a comfortable cabin pressure altitude.


The aircraft is equipped with a Lifeport Aerosled PLUS unit with its low profile for maximum patient access.


The unit is equipped with oxygen, compressed air, suction, AC/DC power as well as storage bays, and drawers.

Beechcraft King-Air C90

The most economical of our air ambulance aircraft is our KingAir C90. This plane is great for regional trips giving the patient a cost-effective mode of medically secure air transportation. Our KingAir C90 can travel up to three and a half hours non-stop (approx. 1,100 statute miles).

AAS Lifeflight utilizes the King Air C90 aircraft for mid to short-range flights.

This pressurized, twin engine turboprop aircraft is capable of cruising up to 29,000 feet at speeds up to 330 mph. It has a very roomy interior and can transport one patient comfortably.
